Vacation/Short-Term Rentals:

Jim & Sandy offer 3 Vacation Rentals in John Day.  All Rentals are fully furnished – just bring your suitcase and food and you are home.

General Rate Information:  “Base Rates” for our Rentals range from $135-$185 per night for up to 3 people.  For each additional guest, add $35 per person/per night including children.  Discounts from 5% to 15% are given if you are staying four nights or more and 50% off by the month.  Plus $50 cleaning fee. Dogs (limit 2) are an additional $10 per dog/per night with clean-up required.

When you reserve a Rental, we require a 20% deposit, with the balance due on arrival.  We are also required to charge a 12.5%Room Tax which goes to the county and state.   A $50 cleaning fee may be charged for stays over 4 nights if extra cleaning is required.  Call for a quote.
